[Mimedefang] Sendmail question on access.db

Did you compile the access list into an access.db file?   With Redhat you
would cd /etc/mail and do a make all.

This runs makemap hash on the access file and creates the access.db though I
don't know for 100% the exact params.  It might be just as simple as cd
/etc/mail; makemap hash @$ < access  but I am NOT certain.
