[Mimedefang] Decode PART.1.BODY

I know that I should have quarantined entire message, and I will from now
on, but, I've tried to recover a word document somebody cunningly named
"website.com.doc".  I do have the attachment quarantined, but I can't seem
to turn the PART.1.BODY into anything useful.  There are tons of things that
show how to uudecode, base64, and whatnot, but anybody actually do this
before?

This falls into one of those "there has to be a way" category.  I don't care
about the rest of the email, but I need to recover their document.  Any
tips?  Thanks much!
