[Mimedefang] Dropping email identified with blacklist_to

I have identified an email address that I would like to stop users
sending to.  I have the following configuration

Solairs 8
Sendmail 8.12.10
Mimedefang 2.39
Spamassassin 2.60

Is there anyway I can get mimedefang to pick up the fact that
spamassassin has identified it as a blacklist to and drop it altogether?

Or any other suggestions of stopping mail going to this address?
