No, it's not.

The executable was removed and replaced with "DELETED0.TXT".  If it had
been a virus, it would not even have made it into the trap.

It's not technically a "virus notification"; instead, it is a "defanged"
virus.  These are MORE irritating to receive than the actual virus,
because at least the actual virus is child's-play to detect and discard.
