[Mimedefang] filter_begin and an entity

Hello,
I was wondering whether there was a good reason that filter_begin wasn't
passed the entity that is already available at the point it is called.

The reason I ask is that I'd like to do some checking of the entity in
filter_begin, in particular, I'd like to check the number of mime parts
and do something, without using the current maxmimepart checking.

Any information about this would be appreciated.
