[Mimedefang] How to Use Mimedefang without the Multiplexor

Line 277 in my syslog.pm file already reads like the suggested correction. 
I mentioned yesterday in a post, that I installed all the required 
libraries and restarted Mimedefang. I still can't send email, getting the 
451 4.7.1 Please try again later.

Here are the entries from the mail log:

My mail server is not too busy and all that I am doing is adding a 
disclaimer to outgoing messages. I would like to try Mimedefang without the 
Multiplexor. Perhaps it will work that way.
1 - How can I run Mimedefang without the Multiplexor?
2 - Any advice on how to get it working with the Multiplexor?
