[Mimedefang] milter broken pipe errors

Well I found why emails are taking so long to process.  Spamcop is timing
out for some reason.  I use spamcop and spamhaus from within my sendmail
config.  So that is not a mimedefang issue.  But that still doesn't
explain the broken pipe errors.
