[Mimedefang] Even hardwiring SA in mimedefang.pl doesn't do it

I am going through a similar thing. I thought mimedefang wasn't being 
called, but it is. I have yet to figure out whats wrong with my 
installation.

I put some debugging stuff at the top of mimedefang.pl (`touch 
/tmp/mdflag`) to see if it is being executed, and it is. That may be a 
logical place for you to start to see if the problem is with your 
sendmail installation, or your md config.
