[Mimedefang] skipping mimedefang on outbound mail - Fixed

Thanks to one and all who responded. My problem was the -r flag.
Whenever I looked at the ps awx, I saw the -r flag, but I missed
that it was assoicated with the multiplexor, not with mimedefang
itself. NEED TO LOOK CLOSER in the future.
