[Mimedefang] spamass-milter or mimedefang ?

I'd agree.  SpamAss-Milter just languished and even though I reported
several bugs, they were never even replied to.  I eventually deprecated the
how-to I wrote for that and wholeheartedly recommend MIMEDefang.
