Not that I know of.  My test suite involved a test Sendmail system and
a bunch of very willing users.  I simply had them send messages with
their usual attachments to a special address.  Things like spam and
viruses can be tested for by collecting a few beforehand and then
sending them (or bouncing them) to that same special address.
