[Mimedefang] Mime Checks

I have recently rebuilt my Spam server with Redhat 8.0, Mimedefang 2.35 (all required tools), Spamassassin 2.55 using the Mickey Hill as a guide.
 
I have checked my logs and I am seeing the following...
 
Aug 20 17:00:56 SAT-TEST1 sendmail[1555]: h7KM0sZB001555: Milter change: header  MIME-Version: from 1.0 to 1.0
Aug 20 17:00:56 SAT-TEST1 sendmail[1555]: h7KM0sZB001555: Milter message: body replaced

 
It is stripping attachments off and I would like to not have it check the Mime Version.  My previous setup did not do this and I am wondering what I need to change to stop it.
