[Mimedefang] Thoughts on list of "bad" extensions

Well, I've decided to keep the status quo on our server, and continue to 
defang the relevant media file types.  Mainly it was seeing in the logs 
that a couple of instances of the new Sobig variant got defanged before 
ClamAV picked up the new definitions.
