[Mimedefang] Does mimedefang skip rbl checks?

Hmm, I suggest that you employ sendmail's dnsbl feature so mimedefang
doesn't need to do extra work. Likewise if you add spamassassin.
i.e. sendmail will reject very early in the receive cycle.
