[Mimedefang] Does mimedefang skip rbl checks?

Seems that a lot of my spam mail will go into my mailbox, but will get filed
by procmail. I have a rule that will move spam out to another user's mailbox
if it's detected.

I wonder why it's being detected by procmail and not mimedefang.

Could it be that the dns response hasn't come yet when checked by mimedefang
and then it's come after and procmail picks it up? Or is there something I
have to setup in mimedefang?
