Dean,
what to the message headers have in them? it's being scanned thru
MIMEDefang, correct?
do you have any logging setup for debugging purposes?
I personally got in the habit of writing X-Spam-Tests: headers for every
message (flagged or not by SA) with scores just so i could see what's
passing thru, what kind of scores they're getting and find potential reasons
why. it's helped me to better understand the flow of messages thru MD
(since i started using it) and is really a good debugging tool.
also, having appropriate md_syslog calls to log debugging info is a good
idea too.
