[Mimedefang] Recipe for simple MIMEDefang/SpamAssassin use?

Hi,

Mickey Hill's HOWTO is great. But it leaves me a step short of my goal.
Jeffrey Thompson's recipes are suggestive too. There's obviously great
capability to mimedefang, accompanied by great complexity. If I spent a few
days studying it I'm sure it would be a nice learning experience. Too bad I
have other things pending. Since what I'm trying to do is very simple, I
hope someone may have already done it.

I have SpamAssassin already running quite happily, except that it's not a
milter so it does nothing for users whose mail is forwarded on elsewhere
rather than kept for local pickup. A couple of projects to produce simple
milters for SA are immature and buggy. So it looks like Mimedefang is the
mature way to do it. What I'd basically like from a Mimedefang script is to
duplicate current SpamAssassin behavior, but move it to the milter stage.

In this case that would involve checking against the rulesets, some
blackhole lists, and Razor, adding the normal SpamAssassin reports in the
header and message, then, if past a certain threshold, diverting the message
to a specified local mbox file, otherwise passing it on to normal Sendmail
forwarding or local delivery. actions should go into mail.log or some other
specific log file.

The feature of being able to simply refuse messages past a high SA threshold
at the mta also looks appealing.

Thanks,
Whit
