A couple of gotchas:

1) You must use the "-Am" option to Sendmail so it doesn't re-milter and
   re-quarantine the message. :-)  This likely means you have to run it
   as root.

2) It's a good idea to use "-oi" in case the message has a line with a
   single dot in it.
