   I think David got those from a Microsoft Knowledge Base article that
listed possible file types that could be malicious.  Note that the sample
filter is only a starting point for you to create your own filter.  At my
site, we pared the "bad extensions" list down to this:

	bat|cmd|com|exe|lnk|pif|reg|scr|shs|vb|vbe|vbs
