[Mimedefang] How do I Scan Email and Forward it

There are several sites which are popping up to support the use of 
Dynamic DNS facilities.  While I am aware how Email MX records attract 
the Email for a Facility, how would the Email be distributed to a Remote 
Server which is identified in DNS.  Is this a function of the 
Mailertable?  I would like to scan Email for a friend's domain name 
(meaning I'll host the information for the Domain on my servers), but he 
would like that Email forwarded to his SMTP server after MIMEDefang has 
scanned the email for him.

Has anyone performed this before?
