[Mimedefang] Updgrade SA 2.43 to 2.53

[Albert E. Whale, CISSP]

I had Spam Assassin 2.43 running on a Linux Mandrake 8.2 server with 
Mimedefang 2.31 and Perl 5.6.1

What did work, now does not.  I cannot seem to locate any errors in the 
syslog files, even with the debug level set.

Any suggestions?
