Yes and no.

No, it doesn't support them the way SpamAssassin does, because in general,
MIMEDefang cannot map an e-mail address to a local username.  Remember,
all the code is executed as the "defang" user.

Yes, with a little work, you can implement per-user defaults.  This is
left as an exercise for the reader.  (Hint: See "stream_by_recipient")
