It depends on how you start MIMEDefang, so no.

The default milter log level is 9, I think the highest log level for
it is 14, but I'm not positive. To raise it, change the 8 in Jim's
post that you quoted to a 14 and follow the rest.
If you want more MIMEDefang logging you can pass --enable-debugging to
configure when building MIMEDefang and see 'man mimedefang-multiplexor'
(and/or examples/init-script or redhat/mimedefang-init if you use one
of them) for more info about the -l and -T options.
