   If there wasn't a "X-Scanned-By: MIMEDEfang" header in the email, then
MIMEDEfang never scanned it.  There should be a file called sendmail.mc
that is used to generate your sendmail config file.  Does it have a line
that starts with INPUT_MAIL_FILTER ?  Also, what operating system are you
running?
