[Mimedefang] Inserting ENTIRE_MESSAGE into MySQL

Is there a way or has anyone been sucessful in inserting a
quarantined email (i.e. the ENTIRE_MESSAGE file) into a
MySQL database?  If so, how did you go about doing that?
