I do not recommend using MIMEDefang on a machine that MUA's connect to with
SMTP.  You're much better off having a dedicated mail submission machine
that relays to the MIMEDefang machine.  This will smooth over temporary
load problems and help serialize mail submission.

Try increasing that to 30.
