    First, find out why those messages are quarantined.  Then adjust your
filter accordingly.  For example, if you see that the majority of them are SPAM
messages with a score of 20.0 or higher, you can adjust your filter to just
reject those messages instead, this will cut down on the quarantine messages
you're receiving.
