[Mimedefang] SpamAssassin v2.41 problems

For what it's worth, I had a similar problem.  And what I found was that 
part of the install overwrote the old installation, and part of it went to 
a new location.  i.e. the perl modules themselves got installed in the 
'right' place, but the rules/scores (the .cf's) got installed into 
/usr/local/share/spamassassin, where they were previously in 
/usr/share/spamassassin..  don't know if that helps at all?
