[Mimedefang] bounce mail based on To: domain

    That didn't work.  I have this i my access file:

# Domain                        Action
######################################
localhost                       RELAY
127.0.0.1                       RELAY
TO: serpico.pcraft.com          REJECT


    And I tried sending mail to a user at serpico.pcraft.com and it got delivered just fine.  I know my access file is enabled and works.  When I stick this in it:

yeehaw.net        REJECT

    ...and I sent email FROM that domain, it gets rejected just fine.  However I can't get the 'TO:' syntax to work.
