    I'm certain all MD processes were stopped.  However, this morning, I first just restarted MD to see what would happen,
and it started receiving, however it was timing out on everything and the system load skyrocketed.  That's when I shut
everything back down, reset the MIN/MAX values down to 3/8 and restarted.  Everything's been working ever since.  Maybe
the machine just can't handle it, I don't know.  I am in the process of building a second machine with roughly the same
configuration to act as a secondary mx for our domains.  This should alleviate things a bit.

    It's at 60 seconds now.  Should I make it shorter?
