They are all spam and they are deleted from the server by outlook. Ex: I
just ran to the bank real quick (15 min), and have 258 messages...

    First, find out why those messages are quarantined.  Then adjust your
filter accordingly.  For example, if you see that the majority of them are
SPAM
messages with a score of 20.0 or higher, you can adjust your filter to just
reject those messages instead, this will cut down on the quarantine messages
you're receiving.
