[Mimedefang] New version of Anomy

Anomy Sanitizer 1.53 was released today.  I grabbed the new version of the
HTMLCleaner-only tarball
(http://mailtools.anomy.net/dist/anomy-HTMLCleaner-1.16.tar.gz)
and ran diff against 1.11 and 1.16  Based on this:

...many, if not all, of the logging complaints should be taken care of.
Haven't tried it yet, and with my low volume setup at home, it'll probably
be at least 24 hours before I even get an HTML based e-mail.  So, let
me/us know how it works for you.  I'll try to set it up on a high volume
ISP in a day or two.
