Yes.  Are you setting $GeneralWarning in your filter anywhere?
Your warning was not the standard MIMEDefang one.  Be sure to
set $GeneralWarning *after* $AdminAddress and $AdminName, if you use
those variables in the $GeneralWarning text. :-)
