[Mimedefang] Blocked Mail

I am running MIMEDefang 2.20 with File:Scan for my virus checking.  When an
e-mail is deemed to be a virus, I get the following in my e-mails:

Warning: This email violated Stikman.com email security policy and has been
modified.  For more information, contact .

An attachment named src.pif was removed from this document as it
constituted a security hazard.  If you require this document, please contact
the sender and arrange an alternate means of receiving it.

Notice there is no name or e-mail where it says "contact".  How do I enter
in an e-mail there?
