[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang upgrade problems: 2.15 to 2.20

Hello Simon,
	I may be off on this one, but I believe that due to a recent code
change, you no longer get that.  It's in the README.  You need to run a
separate process of sendmail.  The README says something like

        * Version 2.18 RELEASED

        * All internally-generated messages and resent messages are
        delivered in "deferred" mode now.  IMPORTANT:  If you run
        Sendmail 8.12, you MUST run a "client-submission queue runner",
        something like this at system startup:

                      sendmail -Ac -qp1m

I only say that because I've seen similar questions recently.  Feel free to
setmestraight if I'm off base ;)

Hello one and all,

We've got a problem with notification since upgrading. We've kept our old
configuration the same and MIMEDefang is stopping stuff; only we're not
getting notified any more. The only thing of note is that there's no
"Relay=" in the mail log when it generates the message.

Can anyone shed any light on this???
