[Mimedefang] Smart spammers...

Someone tried to spam this list, but it was rejected because only
members are allowed to post.  However, it snuck by SpamAssassin
with a score of -98.1.  Whoah!!!  Further investigation revealed
that the spammer faked the source address as "AffiliateOffers at amazon.com",
and SA's default installation whitelists amazon.com.

I removed all default whitelists from SA, and recommend you all do the
same.  (Delete /usr/share/spamassassin/60_whitelist.cf)

Obviously, a spammer somewhere has downloaded SA... the default
whitelists are now officially useless.
