[Mimedefang] MySQL personal preferences

I want to implement MySQL based personal preferences for MIMEDefang.  I 
believe the only technical hurdle is that there may be more than one 
recipient per email,  We obviously can't/shouldn't apply one person's 
preferences to another person's email.  Has anybody else done any more 
brainstorming on this?  Are milter-level personal preferences even possible?
