The group owner for the directories is still root
drwx------   15 defang   root          672 sep  6 20:02 /var/spool/MD-Quarantine/
drwx------    2 defang   root           48 sep  6 20:02 /var/spool/MIMEDefang/

Maybe, the next .spec should be changed so these directories belong to the
defang group : 
chown %{user}:%{user} %{dir_spool}
instead of chown %{user} %{dir_spool}

chown %{user}:%{user} %{dir_quarantine}
instead of chown %{user} %{dir_quarantine}

chown %{user} %{dir_log}
instea dof chown %{user}:%{user} %{dir_log}
