[Mimedefang] SpamAssassin 2.41

I just received an e-mail that SpamAssassin 2.41 has been released.  Here is
a copy of the e-mail.

This is a bug-fix release; it now works on perl 5.005, 5.6.0, and 5.8.0,
with no obvious crash-at-first-run bugs ;)

If this works OK we can announce it on freshmeat, make CPAN packages,
etc., and work on some more new scores if necessary.

Full(ish) changelog:

  - "configure" will now run "perl Makefile.PL" if that has not happened
    yet

  - moved (very large) old Changelog to "old" subdir

  - updated spec file so rules files do not appear as .rpmsave/.rpmnew

  - fixed spamd -m argument, added tests

  - added -H (home directory for helpers) switch for spamd

  - auto-whitelist now uses old 2.31 databases again

  - fixes to make SpamAssassin work on 5.00503 and 5.8.0

  - bug reading config files with missing newline at end fixed

  - a few doco fixes, score fixes and rule fixes

  - razor alarms cannot now kill spamd

  - updated perl module requirements in Makefile.PL and spec file

  - lowered Wanadoo FPs
