[Mimedefang] SpamAssassin 2.40 experiences?

I'm in, since I'm not getting very far with SA and MimeDefang. I have
about 1500+ users, on a FreeBSD 4.6 Box, running Sendmail 8.12 and
Cyrus-Imap, with LDAP authentication.
