[Mimedefang] Sendmail -DMILTER Issues

Sendmail must be build with Milter support. The errors indicated that
you do not have an installed verion with milter support (but that the
sendmail.cf file has the milter request added.)

If you build sendmail without miltler and then added the milter commands
like the How-To indicated you need some special cleanup command --
it's mentioned somewhere in the sendail readme -- to force a new
build configuration.
