No, and I will never implement that feature.  Here's why:

Mail from: <"foo&rm -rf /&@somedomain.com">

Yes, it's a legal From: address.  Consult the RFC if you don't believe it.

Now combine it with a sloppy use of find to clean out the quarantine
spool...

Basically, I do not trust external data.  I will not use it to name files.
