[Mimedefang] how to use _only_ SpamAssassin w/ mimedefang

Hey all-

I'm a newbie to both mimedefang and perl.  I have been using a simple milter 
to run all mail for my site through SpamAssassin, but the milter seems to 
be buggy and not ready for production use.

mimedefang looks like a much more mature product, and it also seems to be 
able to do a lot more.  I may explore its other features in the future, 
however at the moment I'd just like to use it to run mail through 
SpamAssassin, and not make any mail modifications itsself.

Could someone provide or point me to a quick how-to on doing this?  I'm 
running FreeBSD, but I can probably interpret linux-y answers as well.
