[Mimedefang] Replacing entire message

Hello,

is there an easy way to replace an entire message with MIMEDefang?

I'd like to replace all the mail body, e.g. when SuspiciousCharsInBody is
true, with an appropriate warning, so that the recipient(s) get notified
and may arrange an alternate transport. (In fact, I had trouble discarding
all these mails with this flag set to true, because more than 50% were
created by our users themselves.)
