[Mimedefang] 2.23 configure and rm_r.c problems on Solaris

I've use gcc 3.2 (from Sunfreeware) on Solaris 8 SPARC to
successfully build mimedefang 2.21, 2.22 & 2.24-BETA-1

Also using the Sun supplied perl 5.005_05.
