[Mimedefang] Unable to obtain private data from milter context

I'm running mimedefang 2.21, spamassassin 2.41, and sendmail 8.12.6 on Redhat 
7.2 with a slightly modified 2.4.9-34 kernel.  Any thoughts or suggestions?
