[Mimedefang] SpamAssassin Variables

I am using MIMEDefang with SpamAssassin and really digging it!  However, I had to dig through the mailing lists for some of the info I needed to set it up.  For example, the     

$SALocalTestsOnly = 0;


Variable to cause SpamAssassin to use the DNSBLs, etc.  Is there a master list of these vairables somewhere?  Or any other expanded / advanced SpamAssassin configs?
