[Mimedefang] problem getting mimedefang running with sendmail

Back up your existing /etc/mail/sendmail.cf and /etc/mail/submit.cf and
then run 'make install-cf' from the directory where your sendmail.mc is
(usually sendmail-8.12.6/cf/cf).  Any difference?

It shouldn't matter (yet) whether or not sendmail is built with milter
support.
