[Mimedefang] Body inserted Pictures as attachments

I installed the Mimedefang filter on our mail server but I have a problem
with E-mails that have a
gif picture in the mail body .
we received them as they were ( the picture was inserted in the mail body )
. but after installing the MimeDefang filter that pictures seems like
attachments and its not look good .
Would you like help me to solve this problem ?
