[Mimedefang] Stumped on mimedefang-2.21 upgrade

The ls -lR did go into all of the subdirectories and their set to read for the world permissions.

Make sure that all the files in the subdirectories (specifically the
packages you had recently installed) have world read permissions.

This may not be it, but it was what stopped mine from working with no
errors.
